PACK IT UP COOPERSVILLE

OUR STORY

PACK IT UP started in the heart of a woman who saw the need.

The program was launched in the Spring of 2013. During the last six weeks of the school year, upwards of 48 children received nutritious, take-home meals five days per week.

Fall 2022, Pack It Up meals will go home Monday-Thursday.

WHAT WE DO

The "PACK IT UP" program grew out of the reality of hunger in our own community, especially concerning the number of children whose last meal of the day is their school lunch. "PACK IT UP" exists as a community endeavor to ensure that all children have access to a nutritious and filling meal to take home every day of the school week.
